Questions
Short answers about how the current build plays. Each one links to the page with the full rule.
Do I have to walk to play?
You can choose Energy-only travel, and every hero also has access to timed Energy. Walking remains the intended primary source of route progress for Walking heroes. Native phone step integration is still pending in this checkout. Details are on the travel page.
Can I play without combat?
Yes. Pacifist resolves encounters through guaranteed escapes, preserves required story progression, and allows levelling from peaceful activities. It omits combat victories, combat XP, and ordinary battle loot. See Pacifist encounters.
Does walking heal me or refill Energy?
Walking moves an eligible route or fills the step reserve. Time refills Energy. Health recovery uses healing effects, level-ups, and the recovery rules under health.
Can I save up steps for later?
Yes, up to the profile’s reserve capacity. Surplus beyond that cap is lost and reported. Use Travel to apply stored steps on a Walking hero. Current capacities are on the resource values table.
Why did Travel stop with Energy still available?
The route reached an event or node that needs attention. Resolve it before spending more fuel. Stops and partial spending explains the rule.
Can I level without fighting?
Yes. Eligible XP sources contribute to one character XP pool. Story caps still apply. See character level.
Can I change class?
Class selection is permanent for that hero in the current implementation. Later heroes can explore other classes after the roster requirements are met. See classes.
Does skipping the Academy give me a graduate’s level and loot?
No. A skipped hero begins at level 1 at the Crossroads, receives the class-selection package when choosing a class, and must fund the first road normally. See further hero slots.
Can I visit every Area?
That is the wider-world design. The four Areas have different themes, but the full navigation, services, and all story chains are not finished yet. See Area stories.
Are daily missions mandatory?
No. They are independent activities with deadlines. Expiry loses an unfinished mission’s completion reward, while milestone gains already awarded remain. See daily missions.
Is this multiplayer?
The current adventure is local and single-player. Scripted companions are part of authored content. Player parties and social systems are future possibilities.
Is it a GPS game?
The design is based on steps, not on travelling to real-world map coordinates. This checkout does not establish a GPS gameplay feature.
When is it releasing, on which stores, and at what price?
This guide does not establish release availability, store listings, supported shipping devices, age rating, pricing, subscriptions, advertising, or purchases. Those details need a separate product decision. The introduction on the home page is the public face of a game still in development.
